The two leaders focused on strengthening ties in key sectors such as renewable energy, agriculture, food security, technology, artificial intelligence, and trade. They also explored new avenues for collaboration, building upon the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement signed between the UAE and Serbia in September 2022, which has significantly advanced bilateral cooperation in recent years.

During their talks, Sheikh Mohamed and President Vucic reviewed a range of global and regional issues, emphasizing the importance of peaceful conflict resolution and diplomatic dialogue. Both leaders stressed the need to support stability in the Western Balkans and to promote peace across the region. They also highlighted the value of continued communication between nations to address common challenges. The visit reflects the UAE’s growing diplomatic engagement with Serbia, particularly in terms of economic and technological cooperation. Both countries have expressed a commitment to further strengthening their partnership in critical areas for mutual benefit.

Sheikh Mohamed was accompanied by a high-level delegation that included H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Special Affairs Advisor at the Presidential Court; Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; and Mubarak Saeed Al Dhaheri, UAE Ambassador to Serbia. The meeting underscores the UAE’s ongoing efforts to bolster international cooperation and its strategic partnerships in Europe, as well as the broader Middle East.
